Ladies Night Out – Misty Collins and Tammy Payne are hosting a Ladies Night Out for the women of OOTBWC. Friday, March 3rd at 7pm at OOTBWC. Bring a healthy dessert.
St Patty’s Day 5K – Come and join us on March 18th for a fun morning full of activities! The 5K race will begin at 9AM. Sisters In Service Retreat is a contemporary retreat for women and is a program of the Holston Conference of the UMW. The retreat is March 11th and 12th in Sevierville, TN. Recovery Ministry – Weekly on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6pm with a free meal, worship at 7pm and small groups at 8:15pm. Children’s Ministry is also available. Contact Pastor Ronnie at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to donate food items or volunteer to help with the Recovery Meal on Wed nights, contact Brenda Harmon at email@example.com. Visit the Recovery Ministry website at recoveryathillsville.com. The Recovery Ministry could use some donations of clean tupperware, cool whip bowls, plastic sandwich meat containers, etc. to use to send the leftover food from the Recovery Meal home with folks that want it. Bring in your donations and put them in the kitchen area upstairs.
Recovery Inside – We are being welcomed inside the New Rivery Valley Regional Jail in Dublin, VA to work with inmates in Addiction Recovery to help them prepare to get a new start when they are released. We are growing and as this ministry grows our financial needs will grow. Grief Support Group – we have a grief support group that meets on Wed evenings at 8pm following the Recovery Worship Service. Contact Amanda Terry for more information.
Homework Hour for any School Age Kids and Youth – Wednesdays at 5:30pm– We are offering a program to help our students get their homework done on Wednesday nights. The Homework Hour will start at 5:30pm and end at 6:30pm. If you have any questions, contact Lauren Roper.
Table Grace Food Pantry & Clothing Closet – The food pantry shelves are up and ready to receive your donations of canned good and non perishable groceries. You can bring them in and place them in the lobby on the left in front of the Crib Nursery.
Art Ministry – OOTBWC Community Creative Studio Upcoming Events
“ Discover the Beauty in You” – March 1st from 5pm to 7pm Donna Godwin will be leading a creative workshop exploring the beauty of God’s Word within you.

“ Unlocking the Heart of the Artist” bible study by Matt Tommey, March 4th from 10am to 12 Noon
You can purchase this study on AMAZON. We will begin at 10 AM sharp. Bring your coffee, breakfast, book and sketchpad or journal for notes and doodles. We will meet upstairs in the Community Creative Studio.

Camp Sunday – On March 19th, we will have Camp Sunday upstairs for our children’s ministry! During both services, Lauren Roper and Amanda Mator Terry will bring a host of games, lessons, and snacks w/ a camping emphasis. This is an opportunity for kids to get a small glimpse of Camp Dickenson and the fun they could have there this summer! Please join us!

- Nursery – Crib Nursery is located in the lobby of the worship center for babies. Nursery is available during both morning worship services for parent use.
- Toddler Nursery – “Peeps” is located upstairs and is for toddlers up to Kindergarten. Toddler Nursery is available at both services.
- Children’s Church/Loft for K – 5th Grade – meets during both services upstairs over the worship center.
*Children will be signed in and out in their classrooms.

Rachel’s Vineyard Retreats – Are you or someone you know struggling with pain, shame and grief after an abortion? Rachel’s Vineyard Retreats is offering a weekend retreat for post-abortive men and women in the Roanoke/Blacksburg area March 31 – April 2. Christian Gomez – Out of the Box Worship Center is sponsoring a child through Compassion International. It takes $38.00 a month to provide needs such as food, medical care, schooling, and most importantly providing God’s Word! A box is located at the Information Desk in the lobby with a picture of our child! We can write and send letters to him! We welcome you to drop loose change, a dollar, or whatever amount you would like to to help us meet our monthly goal of $38.00. If you have any questions please see Leigh Anne Smith or Ronnie G Collins. We are excited to add yet another outreach ministry and help those in need and provide God’s word in Guatemala!
Change for a Dollar – Give one dollar each Sunday to the “Change for a Dollar Missions Fund”. The funds will be used to help transients, homeless, addicts, anyone who needs a little help. There will be a small envelope in the bulletin packet to use to put your dollar in and place it in the offering.
People are needed to Serve are needed in all ministry areas at Out of the Box Worship Center. Check the Opportunities to Serve page on the website.
