Camp Dickenson is asking for your support in sending a Camper to Celebration Camp this summer.
Celebration Camp is a special week set aside for developmentally disabled persons to attend camp at Camp Dickenson. They operate 2 camps during the same week, one for grades 7-12 and the other for ages 18 and up. Campers must be ambulatory and self-sufficient in caring for their own personal and restroom needs. Bible study and worship will be part of each day.
Camper Group Activities List: Crafts, dancing, field games, ice cream making, swimming, hay ride, creek walk, hikes, cookout, group game time, wildlife watch, slip ‘n slide, night hike, archery, climbing wall, tubing on New River, and archeology.
Session Weeks: June 3rd – June 6th
Your gift of $290 will send one camper to camp
$140 will pay 1/2
$70 will pay 1/4
29 people giving $10 each will also send one camper to camp
